Terms of Service

By using Poostit you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Poostit lets you schedule and publish content to social platforms, starting with Pinterest. We rely on third-party APIs (currently Pinterest's Content Publishing API) to deliver core features. If a third-party service changes or restricts access, the corresponding Poostit features may change.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the activity that happens through your connected accounts. Don't use the Service to violate Pinterest's Community Guidelines or any other platform's rules.

• No spam, harassment, or hateful content.
• No infringement of intellectual property you don't own.
• No deceptive automation or attempts to scrape Pinterest data outside the API.
• No reverse engineering or interfering with the Service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, and we will comply with valid takedown notices.

You retain ownership of content you upload or schedule. You grant Poostit a non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and publish it on your behalf, solely to operate the Service.

During beta, the Service is provided as-is and may have rough edges. We aim for high reliability but make no uptime guarantees yet.

You can stop using Poostit at any time, including by disconnecting Pinterest and deleting your account. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service.

The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poostit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email.
